Catherine, will send you a Tutorial which I use as a guide. They are really easy to make. I just buy a T Shirt that will fit the child, then some material that goes with the T Shirt usually just the length of the skirt + half and inch. Most children like it just above the knee, or just below. Some like a dropped waist, find out if you can. love, Elaine
